The program offers a variety of activities designed to enrich the lives of our seniors while fostering meaningful engagement with each other and the wider community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Weekly Activities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Social Gatherings:<\/strong> Friendly conversations, relaxation, and community bonding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Recreational Outings:<\/strong> Walks, tours around Montreal, and even cruises.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Wellness &amp; Sports:<\/strong> Light physical activities that encourage healthy aging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lifelong Learning:<\/strong> Practical workshops on financial literacy, safe online purchasing, and digital protection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Intergenerational Exchange:<\/strong> Opportunities for seniors to share wisdom and skills with younger community members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Monthly Workshops<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once a month, seniors themselves take the lead in <strong>organizing workshops and inviting guest speakers<\/strong> to present on topics of interest.
