COVID Food Support. Fall 2020

PLEASE FILL THE FORM TO REQUEST HELP. 

Al-Madinah Center is proud to continue serve our community during this pandemic. We have been striving to serve to the best possible. Special thanks for the support of the Federal Government of Canada and the Red Cross.

On this form, you can request help. We would love to fulfill all demands but we have budget constraints. Please send your request and someone will contact you to assess your needs.
